The gender of these Li-Liger cubs is still not known but from the pictures we can confirm that one of the Li-liger cubs is the male Li-Liger. Remember; the world's first male Li-Liger cubs were only born at the Wynnewood Zoo in Oklahoma, USA. Luckily; China has both the male and the female Li-Ligers. The presence of the spotted marks on the fur of these cubs also confirms that these are the Li-Liger cubs.
One of the three Li-Liger cubs born is the male Li-Liger while possibly the other two are the female Li-Ligers. These Li-Liger cubs have beautiful spotted marks on their fur which are neither present on the fur of the ligers and nor the lions.
Unlike; the lions, tigers and even ligers, the Li-ligers have spotted marks on their fur and these spots remain visible even when the Li-Ligers grow bigger. When the Li-Ligers grow up, the spots of the Li-Ligers resemble the spots of the Jaguars but the spotted marks of the Li-Ligers are dark brown in color. As the Li-Ligers get older their dark brown spots on the fur get dimmer and dimmer but they still look recognizable.

The decade of 2010s has been phenomenal for the rise in liger population all over the world. The same decade has also witnessed the birth of the Li-Ligers as well. Previously; it was believed that the ligers are sterile, therefore; no effort was made within the captivity to breed the ligers with the lions to produce the Li-Ligers.
The birth of the Li-ligers from China is also the clear indicator that the ligers are not sterile but rather fertile. Furthermore; they can successfully breed with other big cats and continue to increase the population of the hybrid big cats.
Now after the birth of the Li-Ligers in China, Russian and USA, the zookeepers all over the world are aware that the ligers are not sterile and they will definitely focus on breeding more female ligers in the future. Therefore; we should expect more litters of Li-Ligers and Ti-Ligers coming not only from China but also from the other countries all over the world.

The Hainan Tropical wildlife Park has so far not publically explained the presence of the Li-Ligers at their premises. We have gathered information from the direct call to the zoo and from visitors visiting the zoo.
However; there is no doubt about the authenticity of this information because in some of the pictures the female liger could be seen with the male lion and in other pictures a female liger could be seen feed the young cubs which are definitely the Li-Liger cubs. However; with further information coming from the zoo, we shall further update the information about these Li-Liger cubs from China.
